No Return & No Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our policy below before placing your order.

📌 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any used, installed, altered, or worn hair.
This includes hair that has been:

  • Installed

  • Unwrapped

  • Dyed, bleached, or styled

  • Combed, washed, or manipulated in any way

For sanitary and quality-control reasons, ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL unless an error was made on our part.


📌 Exceptions (Owner/Company Error Only)

We will gladly replace your item or issue a refund ONLY if the mistake is on our end, including:

  • You received the wrong length

  • You received the wrong texture

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturer defect that was not caused by the customer

To qualify, the hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.


📌 Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • Original packaging intact

We will review your claim and respond promptly.
