6. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on used, worn, installed, or altered hair.
Refunds/replacements are only provided if our company made an error, such as:

  • wrong length

  • wrong texture

  • manufacturer defect

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos/videos).
Items must be unused and in original packaging for review.

We are not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer, including:

  • wrong texture

  • wrong quantities

Customer mistakes do not qualify for refunds or free replacements.
