1. Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 days for processing before shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Custom items or pre-order products may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Time
Once processing is complete, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 days
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address

Lost packages due to incorrect address entry
If the order is returned to us, the customer must pay a reshipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.)
For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed and processing begins, changes cannot be made.
This includes:

product modifications
Delivery Confirmation
If your tracking number shows “Delivered,” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or building management

Check for a notice slip

Contact the carrier directly
We cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
